1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 755bed platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the 755bed platform without exception.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 755bed are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the player's own responsibility if using a payment method that operates in a different currency.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 755bed platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 755bed and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, as well as potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. Using fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the 755bed platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of funds.

Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. 755bed reserves the right to retain any funds in a suspended account during the investigation period and to forfeit those funds if the investigation confirms a breach of these terms.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

755bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of prohibited software or technology to gain unfair advantage.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 755bed account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email at support@755bed.app. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to standard KYC and security checks.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements at the time of closure are also forfeited. Real-money balances that have been earned through genuine play and are not subject to any active dispute will be returned to the player in full, less any applicable processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.
